*Has out of the box creativity and interest in automotive
*Fluent in English, both oral and written
*Has good presentation skill
*Has high analysis skill, numerical ability, can work under pressure
and available to work overtime
*Has good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, and able
to work in team
*Fast learner and hard worker
